Disappointed with OM

My husbanf claimed for a two pot withdrawal on the 24rd of September. Even though they promised to pay within 30 days still no payment. We have been calling for the past 2 weeks with different promises from them and being told that I should expect the money into my account within 2 to 3 days . On the 30th of October there is still no payment. They wont talk to the broker and they are not really explaining the hold up. On Thursday they told him the payment was done and will reflect within 48 hours. This is veery bad. We are losing trust in OldMutual.
