Disappointed with oldmutual

I am very disappointed with this company i had a loan with oldmutual soo i had a problem paying due to financial problems than my account was than handed over to fusion credit solution i was than paying the attorneys than on the 27th january 2022 they sent me a letter that i qualify for 85%discount to settle my account and i still have proof even now of R19402 i paid this amount on 2022/01/31 fnb account *** mooney ford partnership i use my id number as ref that what i was told. Till now im waiting for my paid up letter from this company cause they said they oldmutual attorneys my ref number ***. My account was cleared and even involved my attorneys to communicate with them so that i will be issued with my paidup letter. Its not my fault that this company'oldmutual ' is not professional you should contact your attorneys not us and stop asking me for paidup letter cause im still waiting for paidup letter from your attorneys its is soo uncalled for i paid 2022 and 2024 im again receiving calls from this company' oldmutual' i will cancel every policy i have with this company
