Disappointed with old mutual customer service

I currently have investment called FutureInvest, am very disappointed to the service I received from a consultant who said her name was Khoni if am not mistaken call was today around 9:30 I called in as my debit order is set for 21st but they debited on the 19th without my consent,, so I call in the so called lady was not helpful not interested as she told me she has no idea of the arrangement I had when taking the policy am angry and disappointed with old mutual they are respected brand which we don't expect such service am even thinking of taking my business else where am really frustrated I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone else if this is the service you get when you need help.
