Disappointed - still waiting for policy documents

Two months has gone by and I still have received my policy document. I have app**** for 3 Investment plan towards the end of January 2015 and I still haven't received my documents. Some how my document has disappeared from home postal address. In the beginning of February I have contacted Old Mutual given an alternative address and I still haven't received it. Last month I was told by one of your consultant it takes 20 days, well it is more that 20 days. I am not impress at all because actually I am paying for a product that I don't have. And no one at Old Mutual even bother to contact me to confirm if I have already received the documents. I even don't know what is my policy number.
