Disappointed policy holder

I am not happy at all with old mutual because I open a 3 policy with them from 2019 and I was paying 191.40,113.10 and 194 every month so last month I went to check that my policy are still active so to my greatest surprise the guy who open them for me wrote all of my information wrong by putting my siblings under my name instead of putting them at extended family members policy and they said to me if one of my siblings be deceased they wont pay but I never missed the payment and old mutual made sure that I can't reverse the money nore to block the policy so had to open a new policy again but I lost the money that I already paid for 2years and some months so can you help me about this problem please
