Disappointed on their unfaithfulness

I sent disinvestment forms on the 11th and also called them since I sent the forms and not getting any automated email so I enquired about the payout, the lady who assisted me told me that my total contributions is R16300 and the payout will be R5819,61 then I asked her that since I contributed R16300, does it mean that I was charged R2480, 39 for disinvestment and she said it depends on the inflation, then i asked her if they are going to debit the premium for January, then she said to me it will depend if they cancel it earlier and if not they will refund the premium amount added to the R5819, 61. I also checked before on the old mutual website the termination value before sending the disinvestment forms and I got R5819, 61 and I even took a screen shot, to my surprise i received an email saying that my immediate payment is R4723,17 and delayed payment is the premium.

Since their calls are recorded for this kind of matter they should revisit my call and what I was told by their customer service assistant.
