Disappointed Old Mutual

<p>Hi . I'm not sure about the processes when one needs to disinvest or even sell their investment. I sent a distinvestment in one of my Max investment and it was 21.07.2017 before I left for Transkei. It usually takes up to seven day but now whenever I follow up I am just given a tracking number. I sent all the necessary documentation and I followed up three times and they throw me with tracking number. I am in Eastern Cape and supposedly to bury my family member tomorrow morning- I haven't made any arrangements because my funds are not still not processed . </p>
