Disappointed in Old mutual.

I have laid a complaint against an old mutual branch that gave me my money account statement and a pre agreement loan statement of another old mutual client with all his personal details and loan amount captured on it, all stapled together with my statement. When I sent an email stating how disappointed I am in old mutual they contacted me very quickly to ask if they could collect the other clients information from me , I said yes but I would like to be compensated...
