Disappointed in old mutual.

I am really disappointed with the poor service received by Old Mutual. I was retrenched 30 November 2020 an still today I have not received my provident benefit, its impossible to get hold of them they're phones jst keeps ringing without an answer. I would really not recommend anyone to use old mutual in the future.
