Disappointed customer
I have a policy with Old Mutual over 10 years , they called me around January 2025 to tell me that they didn’t receive the premium for 2 months after that they said I must deposit the money in order to reinstate my policy.I did everything as they advised me, after a month they sent me the message saying my policy lapsed, is been six months checking the my money that I deposited cause they didn’t know what happened to my money. I’m still waiting till today no feedback
