Bad service rejecting things without them reading the emails.

19 Oct 2020, 10:23Old mutual has not rep**** to me , on Friday I contacted their facebook they said they will call but nothing has happened . these people act as though I want to borrow money I just want to insure a person and whats worse I did submit the documents they say I didn't submit. Frustrated customer.
