Disappointed by old mutual

If There was a chance that I would rate old mutual of zero stars I would've done that. I insured my grandfather via it, and they claim to have given me money. However they can see no money has been payed up to me. It has been 2 weeks after we buried him and 3weeks of claim in progress. I tried going to the branch in pretoria brooklyn mall and they said they will contact me . I'm even approaching a week of not hearing from them. I am definitely canceling the funeral policies there. I can not stand this.
