Disappointed by old mutual

I am so disappointed with old mutual..I had retirement policy with them.The time I opened the policy with them they told when I want to claim I have to bring tax number which I did on the 19 of November and I was told the money will have to go to SARS for waiting period of 15 to 21 days.i waiting till today then I decided to go to the branch and to enquire why I haven't receive the money till now then I was told that the money was taken by SARS I mean all of the money I have been investing with them all along.So this means am benefiting nothing from the money I have been investing with them all along.My question is am paying my tax every month and they told me I have to go to SARS but my premium for the whole 4 years was been paid to old mutual not SARS.
