Disappointed at old mutual with how i was handled
Very disappointed with old mutual, I have and old mutual money account which is suspended with no reason on my side.
Was incontact with them telefonicly for an amount of R2500 which was deposited to their forex account on the 2 of May, I started requesting those funds on the 17 of May coz they not contacting me that they received the funds.
After 8 working days inquiring about the funds they just suspended my account without any noticification on my side and any respond on my funds.
