Disappointed and ****ed-off at OLD MUTUAL

I made a whatsapp withdrawal literally 12 days ago if not more. I called the call center and spoke to some lady that sounded like she was too tired to talk, wanted to get rid of me. I was enquiring about my withdrawal and she said it's in progress. I went to the branch in polokwane and enquired again a few days later, I was told they needed only my bank statement. I told him. I used old mutual bank and they printed the statement and emailed it. Today (10/08/21) I'm calling the call center again after 5 day and I'm told there is no withdrawal made. The lady actually said in her own words "I'm sorry you were assisted by someone who doesn't know the system " and I'm thinking why in the world would old mutual deliberately put *********** people to assist us and people who "don't know the system????. I'm ****es, I'm angry, I need my money, little as it may be it will help me a lot. I'm in bed, post operation and my savings are my only extra cash since I can't go do my extra jobs. I am very upset and disappointed at OLD MUTUAL.
