Disappointed AGAIN
I really don't understand how old mutual operates. I was sent an email stating that my policy anniversary is today the 13th of January. I confirmed and verified with them and I was assured that I will receive my money on this day. I have not received a cent from them. It is not the first time old mutual disappoints me. Why should I suffer or complain first before they do their job. Honestly I would not advise anyone to sign with them.

16 Jan 2024, 01:25Old mutual has failed me again. I went to Silverton branch yesterday. The gentleman that assisted me was so humble and tried his best to help me. Unfortunately the person on the other end of the phone call was rude to him, told him to send an enquiry via email and then hung up. Old Mutual was suppose to pay me on the 13th, till now they haven't paid me. I complained on this platform and Arthur Beneke responded, said that the matter will be investigated.
What soothes me is, my family and friends are considering canceling their policies with old mutual. Honestly I regret taking a policy with them and I apologize to those I have misled into joining this institution .
I have email proof of what I'm complaining about. (THAT MY MONEY WILL BE PAID ON THE 13TH OF JANUARY)
