Disappointed

Good day

We have been claiming for a life policy in Flagstaff for almost a year now with no results, yesterday we went back to submit more paper work they keep on saying they did not receive and we were told to wait. Today we went again to our disappointment the claim has not been processed again.

Can we get assistance on the matter urgently as we have to an unveiling for the diseased.
