Disappointed
I have been calling sending emails and calling with no luck! Their WhatsApp claim does not work! They give you the runaround when you call! I want to disinvest and get my money back. Someone call me back urgently.

Please ask someone with facts to send them and not a one line response as I will not accept half answers. I was minding my own business when one of your financial advisors told me I could withdraw the money on my retirement annuities as they are below the government regulated amount. He further explained that the amount I see currently on my fund could be lower or higher based on the submission they will make and then I can only know the final amount that will be paid to me. I do not accept these emails that just copy and paste without actually speaking to people that know what they are talking about. Why would your consultant tell me I can withdraw and then call centre and social media consultants tell me I cant? Make it make sense!
