Disappointed!!!
I app**** for a loan and the application process was very smooth and the consultant was very helpful however when it came to the final stage of releasing the funds all of a sudden there are issues with the bank etc.. the loan was approved on Wednesday today is Friday and they are still verifying my bank details? Old mutual needs to improve on this because it's really an inconvenience. What If I needed the money urgently? They say payment takes within 24 hours buts it's been more than that and all I have to do is wait for their bank to verify my banking details. It's quite ridiculous.

15 Jul 2023, 07:59It's Saturday and my application is still being "processed" by the finance department. Processed from Wednesday until Saturday? This is the first and last time using a service from Old Mutual. You guys don't take your clients seriously. You have no sense of urgency.
