Disappointed

My previous employer send my withdrawal documents from the Superfund in December after being retrenched. I then received sms' from Old Mutual that they have received the withdrawal instruction. On the 5th I called to follow up on this as I had not received any further communication and the provident fund still reflected under my portfolio online, I was asked for my details again which I had filled on the documents that were submitted by my previous employer. I still have not received any communication since then and the provident fund is still reflecting online. At this point I am wondering if I will ever get my withdrawal and when? Can someone assist with this?
