Disappointed

I write this complaint in huge disappointment, last week on Wednesday, i did a loan application with aagent, Keegan Coaker, i sent through all the documents required from him, till today or hasn't been approved. It is shocking that a big company like you guys don't treat such things with any urgency. <br> This morning i sent Keegan a email asking him to call me so we can cancel the application, since the application cannot be approved for some odd reason, and I've called 5 times already. All i get is that he has to be the one cancelling it, and he will call me back. <br> <br> Yet to my surprise there hasn't been a cap back, what kind of service is this, why is it that you guys have to be slow when you do everything?! <br> <br> I have a amount with old Mutual already and if this is the kinder service toy fits offer, i will be forced to cancel it also!!
