Disability claims
Been 10 years with Old Mutual no missed premium on my policies but now I receive threats emails that my policy will be cancelled because of one missed premium while I’m still waiting for an update from my disability claim that I made in May 2023 till date and I was asked for medical reports, submitted everything still no communication or update. Now I feel like they just trying to find a way not to pay.

28 Aug 2023, 15:47Okay I was in theatre same case when they tried to contact me I just want an update on my claim because my situation is not disability situation is not getting better and I don’t have salary to continue paying the premium hence it’s been 4 months and according to my policy contract I was supposed to be benefiting with the premium weaver please update on the claim
