Disability Claim Nightmare!

I have submitted a Disability Claim with Old Mutual and another Insurer.

*The Disability claim with the other Insurer was finalized and the lumpsum benefit paid more than 3 months ago*

However Old Mutual continues to request medical reports for conditions which I have NEVER had. My treating Doctor's have written to Old Mutual to advise their Claims Department of the same.

I do wonder if Old Mutual are even viewing the correct client file when sending these requirements.

Makes you wonder if Old Mutual's business strategy to collect clients' premiums with the intention of NOT honouring contractual claims??
