Digusting Old Mutual Dread Disease cover

My wife has an Old Mutual Greenlight policy for dread disease, since 2010, unfortunately in May 2024 she was diagnosed with Cancer. Old Mutual has constantly given us the run around to delay any payouts. We take these policies so that if we are unfortunately diagnosed with a dread disease, the funds paid out will assist with the costs for treatment. It's been 7 months and Old mutual is still dragging their feet. i have had to watch my wife suffer through this illness and we have financially battled to make payments on treatments, medications etc. i want to advise everyone to not take a dread disease cover with Old mutual, they rather you suffer and die than pay out.

I am pretty sure i will get a generic response that i must share my wife's contact details etc from Old Mutual and it will be months again before we hear from them.
