Difficulty Locating the executor of my late grandfather's estate

I am having the worst experience with Old Mutual (Estate Department)

My grandfather passed away a few years ago and my grandmother is currently having some financial difficulties. My grandfather has a few firearms worth some good money that can not be sold as a member of Old Mutual was the executor of his estate until she resigned.

I have contacted Old Mutual multiple times and even received a single email stating they would contact me that day - an employee with the name (THABISO PULE - ESTATE OFFICER & NONHLANHLA SHEZI) was the one that contacted me stating that I will receive a call back - This was on the 12th of May 2026

We are currently on the 7th of June and still no response - I have called multiple times and the only message that I get is that Thabiso will contact me.

How difficult can it be to tell me who the new assigned executor of his estate is and give me the required documents that should have been relayed to her the moment the old executor resigned

Absolutely disappointing - Maby I should just drive to their offices.
