Difficult to get the statement
Good day I asked for a statement for my existing policy since I've decided to increase my monthly. To my surprise, I received an email with a normal excel spreadsheet (the same as the one I personally created for personal use or for my records). Is this your guy's statement maybe? I went on your private Facebook and sent the same query. Today, I received an email again from one of your Consultant asking me to fax my documents. I mean really what documents am I expected to fax? This kind of service is disgusting and disappointing. What's so difficult to email the statement to customers? Hayi maan. I needed and deserve that statement not a spreadsheet.

19 Nov 2018, 14:00No need to call me. I have decided to cancel my policy with you guys due to deductions that were done on my money. Unfortunately, all your customers must look carefully before investing with you guys. We don't invest to pay Old Mutual for keeping our savings but for again.
