Different information from consultants on my payout(early retirement payout)

I opted for early retirement and claimed funds on my retirement policy on the 5th October. I got an sms indicating that the application has been sent through for pricing and I must give the process 5-8 working days. To my surprise each time I phone to make a follow-up, I am given different turnaround working days. Yesterday when I called I was told of 21 working days, some indicated 15 working days. I am frustrated from being provided different information from the same organisation. I understand there are processes to be followed and because it is a retireement policy they have to make sure everything is done the correct way including sending application to SARS but I must be provided with the correct information. I even contacted SARS and they informed me they have not as yet received anything from Old Mutual about my application.

I am disappointed since I have so many insurance policies with Old Mutual. I did not just wake up and decide for early retirement, I have reasons that pushed me for this option.

Kindly assist me please.
