DIDN'T RECEIVE PAYOUT ON MATURITY DATE
I have a policy that matured on the 1st of August 2020. I have filled the forms to claim on the 26th of May already! I have emailed, phoned, requested call backs, went to a branch and left voicemails... I STILL DIDNT RECEIVE MY PAYOUT!!! I WILL NOT BE RENEWING for the next 10 years and I WILL BE CANCELING my retirement with Old Mutual due to the fact that I have to beg for my money! No Service! No callback! No Assistance!
