Diaapointed in the service

I had a life cover policy with OLD mutual for years i have paid the policy faitful , i retired 2 years ago and was not able to commit to payments. I then made contact with Old mutual to serender the policy of which at that time i was advised I cannot surrender the police years of payments going down the drain, I was never told that I cannot surrender the policy when i took it out, i didnt know fincially i would not be able to to pay the policy when i retire meaning Old Mutual just took my funds and I lost all that money, I would like Old mutual to provide proof where thet advised the policy cannot be surrended when i took it out. this is the service given to loyal clients
