Deseased pension fund

This is a sad reality, as a professional, I will not vote for anyone to invest in Old Mutual. I have communicated my complaints to them with regards to no feedback. As a child who's father passed away 2020 no response received until I have to make a follow-up all the times and the reply I get is we will escalate it to Deb claims department. This is pathetic service and I even requested the lady who assist to transfer me to the manager who is managing this account. However no assistance. I am very disappointed at their service and communications. I am planning to take this further with Ombudsman to get assistance. SuperFund email is not helpful.
