I submitted a claim with old mutual last week everytime i follow up im being told its still being assessed. I was then givene a ref number and was told someone will call me with feedback today i waited the whole day but was not contacted. Everytime i follow up im being told they are aware of my query and will be contacted. I really need this finalised please help contact number ***

04 May 2021, 09:08I just called old mutual now and apparentlythe refrence number i was given is incorrect as my policy is with old mutual protect the guy advised he is escelating the matter. Please Thabiet mintin do call me back

05 May 2021, 11:12Im really dissapointed that old mutual has turned into my worst nighmare instead of a live saver. I seem to be getting no help everyne says i will be contacted back but instead i am the calling back all to be told the same thing that my claim is still with the assessor i really dont know for how long the assessor has to assess. It is really dissapointing because what you promise when taking out a policy is not what we get when we claim.
