DELIBERATE REJECTION OF CLAIM

<p>After having the following signs and symptoms : Shortness of breath or touble breathing, especially with physical exertion, Fatigue (tiredness) swelling in ankles,feet and legs, fainting during phisical activity, irregular heartbeats and heart murmers and went to see the cardiologist - after all the tests have been done they had to replace the heart valve. The heart muscle was enlarged (cardiomyopathy) and the leaking valve was worsening the condition.</p> <p>THUS, THE HEART VALVE REPLACEMENT WAS DONE TO TREAT THE CARDIOMYOPATHY!!</p> <p>I took out a Greenlight policy with Old Mutual - ********** 5 - for SEVERE ILLNESS (COMPREHENSIVE) BENEFIT.</p> <p>Events covered all Core benefit events PLUS :</p> <p>- Open heart surgery</p> <p>- Aortic surgery</p> <p>- Heart transplant</p> <p>- CARDIOMYOPATHY</p> <p>etc..</p> <p>Even a layman can understand that this surgeon did the heart valve transplant to improve the CARDIOMYOPATHY, which Greenlight Claims refuse to pay.</p> <p>I am extremely disappointed and it is clear that they are looking for a reason not to pay.</p> <p> </p>
