Delaying tactics with withdrawal

I put in a request for a withdrawal of my flexi save the first person i talk say it will take 5-7 working days she sent me form that I must complete. I complete the form must go all the way stand in a queue at police station for ID verification. I submitted the form Phone Old Mutual to confirm is everything correct the answer was YES. After 5 days I didn't received any communication what so ever. I phoned again to confirm everything still on track for payment. then that lady inform me sorry sir that policy of mine takes 15 days ***. So yesterday i phoned again to confirm everything still on track the guy informed me yes all good. Today i received an email from Old Mutual I fill in the wrong form. The form that was sent to me by Old Mutual is not correct I was supposed to fill in another form. but OLD mutual sent the form and not one of the agent or even the person verified that all my documents is correct told me this is the wrong form. Now I must go again to the police station and stand in the queue. And wait another 15 working DAYS for maybe a payment this is totally unacceptable.
