Delaying paid up letter !
I have settled the loan a month ago and Old mutual is taking forever to issue a paid up letter. This is important for me because my credit profile needs to be updated.
The loan was settled with MCS Attorneys. Everytime i call to ask for the paid up letter i am told that old mutual hasnt issued it out. I don't understand why its taking time when i have paid the money
