Delaying my request to pay out my investment.
I made a request for some money to be paid back to me from one of my investments on the 6th of December 2015 and was told that the maximum it will take for the money to be paid back will be 14 working days. It is way past 14 working days and I have been calling the call centre to assist. The only answer I get is \it is in process
