I am very unhappy with Old Mutual Tax free investment and compliance department . These people have been giving me run arounds with regards to withdrawal of funds on my Tax Free Investment regardless of the clause in the contract that states that I can withdraw funds from my account within 3-7 days. It's been over 10 working days since I app**** for withdrawal on 20 Dec 2022 with no help still . When I went to the branch I was encouraged to take a loan . This is very disappointing and inconvenient .
