Delayed response/ poor communication
I have submitted my pension fund claim since the 2nd of March but there is no update or proper communication from Old Mutual, only when i tried to get feedback from them via their whatsupp number im being told to start the claim again.
Old Mutual i need my money, i have been out of work since end of October 2025 , this shouldn’t be a complicated process. You are not even communicating to me so i can know what is going on
