Delayed refund
Based on our previous conversation you spoke about first week of march

Thank you for your e-mail of 23 February 2023.
I confirm that the mandate has been updated to your Time Bank account. As previously mention the system will automatically refund the premiums to the above account after the clearance period.
The premium for February 2023 can only be refunded in March 2023. I have diarised the matter until the 1st week in March 2023 to ensure refund is processed.
