Delayed refund

<p>My 62 year old mother was sent a letter from old mutual stating that they owe her a refund. She filled in some forms and attached all required documents and sent everything back to old mutual on the 19th of Dec. Needless to say she is still waiting for her refund. We enquired about the matter 2 weeks ago and we were told that they would get to us in 5 working days. Still nothing has been heard from them. This is disgusting service honestly to give the run around to a pensioner.</p>
