delayed payout without any feedback

Gooday .in a nutshell I app**** for my provident fund on the 20/12/15 I then followed up on the 3/03/2015 wich was about 8 weeks after. No one knew what was going on they disinvested my money and then put it in a presevations fund without my consent when I did apply for my lump sum payout. They claim to say they did not know my intention to cashout in acess of 60days but no one followed up with me until I question what's happening. They promised in 5 -10 days I'll have my money but its way past that and everytime I'm trying to follow up with them no one seems to be bothered or respond to me.
