Delayed payout! No communication!
We've been struggling to get a policy paid out for almost 3 months. We did everything that was required and the person assisting advised a call could be expected 2 weeks ago a we are still waiting. We we phoned the call was dropped rudely and then upon calling back she was apparently in a meeting and would phone back but nothing and now the person is on leave and still no call from anyone regarding the pay out. All we wsnt to know is when to expect the pay out. Numerous email complaints have been sent with no reply and phoning is useless coz after 15 min being on the phone you still get no one to speak too.
Looking at the reviews posted for this month alone is shocking.... no pay outs!!!
Please contact us and advise accordingly.
