Delayed payout and horrible customer service.

This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I surrendered my pension annuity and payment was supposed to be done in 21 working days. I am still waiting and I was told that they need a tax directive from SARS, when I call SARS they didn't even have any correspondence from Old Mutual. We are living in very tough economical times and I need my money. This is so unfair and cruel.

The consultants on the customer care line seem like they don't understand their jobs and very rude but some were able to answer my questions.
