Delayed payments withdrawal

I requested withdrawal last week Thursday. The lady on the phone was really friendly. She immediately mailed me the forms to complete then I rushed to the police station to get my copies stamped. When I was resending the forms I noticed that I was sending to the same delayed GSenquiries. Up till now there's no money in my acc, no response to my mail no matter how much I follow up. My mail wasn't even acknowledged
