Delayed investment payout

It's been over 2 years since I have made a claim to get my investment payout but to this day have received absolutely nothing, I keep going to the offices in Germiston only to be told I will receive emails regarding my claim but no email nor communication has been received on my end. I am sick and tired of this and just want my money!! I have been diagnosed with depression due to financial strain and I have kids to take care off. Old Mutual is so *********** and a disgrace. At the beginning of this year I was given a date that I would receive the pay out in February 2024, we are now in May and to this day not a single cent has been received on my side, I even went into their head office in Pinelands only to be told I will receive it soon.
