Delayed Funds
I have requested a withdrawal from my investment and waiting period was 5 days of which it has lapsed, when I call I get rep**** that money will be in today or tomorrow but still the I haven't received anything, I don't know how many times should I call for me to get my money

08 Apr 2021, 17:13Today at 08h00am I called old mutual and i was told that my payment is stuck at authorization department for unknown reasons and the lady said she will find out and escalate the matter as urgent and will most definitely contact before the end of today to let me know what's going on and also the reply here was that they'll investigate yet no one hs come back to me with answers not by email or telephone nothing so the matter remains unresolved
