Delayed claims processing
Delayed claims assessment process. I submitted my claim on 05/04/19. The 7 working day for assessment has passed. They still are not yet finished. I believe these delays are unnecessary and purposeful. Please escalate to get resolved asap.

23 Apr 2019, 08:58We are now 19 days post claims submission. The claim was approved a week ago & now the call centre says they need 5-7 business days to finalise processes. I was rudely told not to keep calling OM by the call centre today & leave them to follow the process. I can’t do this, as then this claim would take even longer! Please help to get the matter escalated for resolution.
