delayed claims

18 December 2014 I was let go from my company and whom is sister company to Old mutual, All necessary forms were signed the next day 19/12/2014, for all my funds that were invested with them to be released. I was then advised that the process would take 4 to 6 weeks. After +-4 weeks had passed I then called them to do a follow up regarding my claim but I was advised that they had not received any claims from my previous comp(12/01/2015).I contacted them and was told some how the claim forms were stuck with Hr and were never sent to Old mutual. I had to wait again for the whole process to begin and which I did with patience. Now between this period I was contacting my previous company and also old mutual whom then advised me they had only received the claim forms 23 Jan 2015,Even now I am still being told to wait (which it has been more then the 4 to 6 weeks for their claim process to pay-out, whilst my debt are keep on pilling. Till today im still being told there are documents they area awaiting from the company, which funningly enough I am being told to contact them and enquire (confused) who's doing the claim process kanti?....My credit profile has been messed up through this!
