Delayed claim payment

i tried requesting update about my payment of provident fund while other colleagues of mine received payments. I don't know what is keeping mine, this is maladministration and poor service. Thats disgusting Service I received. I send SMS 3times without any response or to aknowledge receipt but while they preach that if you send SMS you will receive update quickly. I called their office but put me on the line untill R50 airtime was finished. That's so sad to loose so much without any help while they have your money.
