Delayed claim

I resigned from my previous employer on the 15th of June 2022 and till to date i have not received my provident fund payout. when i call old mutual, i am told that they are yet to sent my information to SARS. when i ask when will that be done and the consultant was not sure when. i need my payout as soon as yesterday.
