Delay tactics with two pot withdrawal and no feedback on complaints
I had submitted for the two pot withdrawal and I received a message on WhatsApp this morning advising I have documents outstanding but when responding to the message, their response was "no documents outstanding"
I requested for multiple call backs, no calls received for over a week, then when I finally get through, the consultant tells me there was an error on their side where 2 profiles were active under my ID number and to merge the two would take another 2-3 days, further delaying my two pot withdrawal progress
I have lodges two separate complaints now and still no feedback.. Pathetic that I have to beg for my own money!

02 Oct 2024, 06:58I have received another message on WhatsApp this morning saying my documents are still outstanding and yet the consultants at old mutual said my matter had been sorted.. I am taking this matter to talk radio 702!

08 Oct 2024, 09:21Two weeks have now passed with being told twice that my request has been submitted to Sars, the message for outstanding documents is a system glitch and now thaakirah Magda Williams says my account is suspended and I am not taking their calls because they decided to call passed 6pm and I was otherwise unavailable.. Old mutual is such a disappointment! Now I am left with begging for my own money and still no further progress has been made except excuses and incompetence
